Comprehensive Biogas Plant for Biogas Generator & Organic Fertilizer & Compressed Natural Gas
CSTR anaerobic fermentation involves crushing various types of animal manure and other organic matter, adjusting the feed TS concentration betwen 8-12%. After entering the CSTR reactor, the CSTR reactor adopts lower feed stock and upper discharge with mechanical stirring, the gas production rate between 1.0 and 1.2 depending on the raw material and temperature. So it adopts the medium temperature fermentation process with "pretreatment + CSTR + secondary fermentation" as the main prt, with the fermentation temperature of 35-37ºC. The biogas process flow is shown in the following figure.
Livestock and poultry manure, urban sludge, straw (crushed) and various types of wastewater are transported to the biogas stations through pipelines or vehicles. The biogas station has the sewage collection and allocation tank, equipped with the rotor lift pump and the submersible mixer. After mixing and homogenizing, all raw materials are pumped into the CSTR independent tank for fermentation. The fermented biogas slurry enters the secondary fermentation tank for secondary fermentation. The biogas produced by the two tanks enters the independent biogas storage tank. After solid-liquid separation, biogas residue and biogas slurry are used to produce organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer. After desulfurization, decarbonization and purification treatment, biogas is compressed and used for vehicle gas or enters urban gas pipelines.
The project adopts the wet medium temperature two-phase anaerobic digestion CSTR process. By using mechanical stirring, mixed material uniformly, avoiding the floating and crusting of waste scum. The two phases can effectively reduce the inhibitory effect the acidification on methanogens, stabilize anaerobic reactions and improve biogas production rate. Making biogas production 20000-25000M3 as an example, the project construction scale includes four 5000m3 CSTR reaction tanks (or four 3000M3 CSTR reaction tanks + four 2000M3 secondary fermentation tanks), two 3000M3 biogas storage tanks, which can produce 12000~14000m3 of natural gas. Organic matter is mixed with biogas residue under aerobic conditions, with aerobic fermentation to produce bio organic fertilizer through the action of aerobic microorganisms (mainly aerobic bacteria). Microorganisms, through their own life activities such as oxidation, reduction, and synthesis, oxidize portion of the absorbed organic matter into simple inorganic matter and release the energy required for biological growth activities. They convert the other portion of the organic matter into the necessary nutrients for microorganisms, synthesizing new cellular materials. As a result, microorganisms gradually grow and reproduce, producing more organisms.
