Working Principle

  

Inner Structure

The structure of the biogas water separator is generally divided into two parts, water gas separation and biogas

purification. The water gas separation section includes the intake pipe, the separation chamber and the drainage

pipe. The intake pipe introduces biogas containing water vapor into the separation chamber, equipped with guide

plates or fillers to increase the contact area. This will promote the condensation of water vapor into liquid water.

Liquid water is discharged by the drainage pipe, while the separated biogas is discharged through the top outlet

pipe.
