High automation high mechanization integration Internal Circulation anaerobic reactor
It is similarly composed by two layers of UASB reactors connected in series. Divided by function, the reactor is divided into 5 zones from bottom to top: mixing zone, first anaerobic zone, second anaerobic zone, sedimentation zone and gas-liquid separation zone.
From the working principle of the IC reactor, it can be seen that the reactor realizes SRT>HRT by two layers of three-phase separators, and obtains high sludge concentration; through a large amount of biogas and violent disturbance of internal circulation, the mud and water are fully contacted to obtain good mass transfer effect.
1. Technical features:
(1) High volume load: The input organic load can be more than 3 times that of ordinary anaerobic reactors.
(2) Save investment and floor area: the volume of IC reactor is only about 1/4-1/3 of ordinary reactor.
(3) Strong shock load resistance.
(4) Strong ability to resist low temperature: Stable run under normal temperature conditions (20-25 ºC), reducing energy consumption.
(5) Has the ability to buffer the pH value: use the alkalinity converted by COD to reduce the amount of alkali input into the water.
(6) Internal automatic circulation without external power: The IC reactor uses the biogas generated by itself as the lifting power to realize the internal circulation of the mixed liquid, saving power consumption.
(7) Short start-up period: The start-up period of IC reactors is generally 1 to 2 months, while the start-up period of ordinary UASB is as long as 4 to 6 months

(1) High-concentration organic sewage, including: landfill leachate, alcohol wastewater, beer wastewater, slaughter wastewater, and breeding wastewater.
(2) High-concentration industrial wastewater, including: oil refining and processing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, chemical wastewater (poisonous and harmful), pharmaceutical wastewater.
(3) Food processing wastewater, including: agricultural product processing wastewater, beverage processing wastewater, food processing wastewater, sugar wastewater, dairy wastewater.
