Water Quality Characteristics

(1) Rubbish leachate is extremely complex, with many types of pollutants and great harmful to environment.

(2) The concentration of Rubbish leachate is high and change range is large, chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) from 5000 to 65000mg/l;

(3) Total content of nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen is very high, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) is from 300 to 2000mg/l, and total nitrogen (TN) is from 1000 to 3000mg/l, very difficult to treat;

(4) The salt content (TDS) is 1500 to 15000mg/l, low efficient to treat by biochemical treatment and also take longer time.

 

Technical Features

(1) Adopted high-efficiency dissolved air flotation technology to completely remove animal and vegetable oils;

(2) Adopted the third-generation anaerobic reactor, with higher COD load rate, shorter hydraulic retention time and lower energy consumption;

(3) Adopted external tubular ultrafiltration membrane system , with high sludge concentration and good output water quality;

(4) Deeply recycling adopted NF membrane + RO membrane combination process, with high recycling rate;

(5) Adopted DTRO concentrated water reduction system, less concentrated liquid
