(1) The advacned reactor structure can ensure the highest ozone utilization rate, utilization rate of over 92%. The cost to removal of 1 gram of COD is very low, which is 30% of the cost of general ozone oxidation. The operating cost advantage is very significant.

1. Deeply remove trace amounts of COD substances and improve the discharge standards of wastewater.
When the COD of the wastewater is between 100-150 mg/L, the hydroxyl radicals generated by the POS-Y system are used to deeply remove the COD substances and chromaticity in the wastewater. The minimum COD of the effluent can be less than 30mg/l, and the chromaticity can be less than 50 times. It can be used for further deep purification and treatment for the wastewater of coal chemical, petrochemical, printing and dyeing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals after preliminary biochemical treatment.
2. Increase the BC ratio of wastewater and improve its biodegradability.
When the COD of the wastewater is between 200-300 mg/L, the POS-Y and biochemical combination technology is used to utilize the hydroxyl radicals generated by the POS-Y system to selectively deeply oxidize and decompose the difficult to biodegrade organic compounds in the wastewater, in order to reduce the COD value of the wastewater ad increase the BC ratio of the wastewater. Then further biochemical treatment is carried out through the MBR or BAF system to meet the discharge or reuse requirements. It can be applied to the deep purification treatment of toxic or difficult to biodegradable organic wastewater discharged from production processes such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, and pesticide enterprises.
3. Application in RO concentrated water/deep reuse system
When the concentrated water of the dual membrane device contains difficult to degrade organic matter (COD is 100-140 mg/L), the simple biochemical or physicochemical treatment cannot stably meet the standard. Then the POS Y system+ high salinity biochemistry+ POS Y reactor combination deep treatment technology is used to deeply oxidize and remove organic matter (including oil substances) in the water, and control the COD of the effluent to below 30 mg/L, which can ensure the low-cost and stable operation of RO concentrated water treatment and have deep reuse conditions.
