Technical Features

HDPE Film Production Process

 

1) High density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane is a waterproof and anti-seepage material widely used in civil engineering, environmental protection, water conservancy, agriculture and other fields. The following is a detailed introduction to the blow molding production process of HDPE geomembrane:

2) Raw material preparation: Firstly, it is necessary to prepare high-density polyethylene particles, which are the main raw materials for producing HDPE geomembranes. HDPE particles shall have good thermal stability, aging resistance and puncture resistance.

3) Melt extrusion: High density polyethylene particles are heated and melted through a melt extruder to become a molten state of high-density polyethylene. Melt extruders typically include single screw extruders, twin screw extruders, and conical screw extruders. During the melting process, strict control of temperature, pressure, and screw speed is required to ensure the melting quality of high-density polyethylene.

4) Blow molding: Melted high-density polyethylene is blown into shape using a blow molding machine. Blow molding machines mainly include blow molding machines and blow molding machines. During the blow molding process, the melted high-density polyethylene is blown into a thin film shape through a blowing nozzle, and then the required thickness of HDPE geomembrane is produced through processes such as cooling, traction, and winding.

7) Packaging and storage: Pack the HDPE geomembrane that has passed the test and store it in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and chemical corrosion.
