High Efficiency Membrane Covered Aerobic Composting Equipment




The membrane covered aerobic composting equipment uses a specially designed functional membrane as the aerobic fermentation treatment cover. The core component is a functional membrane with specially designed micropore, which can make a constant climate environment through semi permeable function.

Under the action of air blowing, a micro high-pressure inner chamber can be formed in the fermentation body, providing uniform and sufficient oxygen supply and temperature distribution is uniform, creating a suitable environment for aerobic fermentation. Water vapor and carbon dioxide can diffuse out through the functional membrane.

This will maintain the airflow balance inside and outside of the fermentation stack membrane, ensuring a more thorough aerobic fermentation process, effectively killing pathogenic microorganisms and ensuring the hygiene level of the fermentation products.

Technical Features

1. Low odor impact

This process adopts multiple measures to control the source, emission pathway, and treatment facilities of odor, effectively reducing the impact of odor. The functional membrane in this process is a type of membrane with specially designed micropores, which has a semi permeable function and can achieve a relatively stable climate environment. It can diffuse water vapor and carbon dioxide from the fermentation body, blocking the passage of harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.

2. Effective degradation of organic matter

Due to the functional membrane formation the fermentation environment with high humidity (up to 100% relative humidity), high temperature (up to 95 ºC), and uniform and sufficient oxygen supply, the aerobic microorganisms in the pile can reproduce in large quantities and undergo sufficient decomposition activities in a suitable environment, thereby enabling completely degradation of organic matter.

3. Efficient and low energy operation

Due to the small particle size, large specific surface area, high oxygen utilization efficiency, and the formation of ultra-low pressure inside the membrane, this process crushes organic waste particles, resulting in uniform resistance reduction and gas distribution in the stacking layer. This process successfully integrates composting equipment, composting process, and composting experience, taking into account the advantages of static and dynamic composting. It basically eliminates the problems of poor environmental conditions and difficult process control in traditional strip and trough processes, and has the characteristics of easy control in warehouse processes. Compared to dynamic composting, membrane covered operation has lower energy consumption, process odor is controlled within each stack or fermentation tank, has less impact on the workshop, secondary pollution is easier to control, and investment and operating costs are both low.
