Advanced simple operation  low price laminated spiral sludge dewatering machine

The main body of the sludge dewatering device is stacked by fixed ring and moving ring, with the screw shaft through it.

The front part is the concentration section and the back part is the dehydration section. From front to end part, the filter gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring, plus the pitch of screw shaft, are all gradually decrease.

The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the sludge from the concentration part to the dewatering part, also synchronously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap and avoid clogging.

Widely used in municipal sewage treatment, petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, paper making, pharmaceutical,leather and other industries.
