Technical Features

(1) Updated furnace design
Using the high-capacity radiation type large ripple furnace, designed based on large furnace technology. This ensures fuel complete combustion and the thermal efficiency is  over 90%.

(2) New turbulence technology
Update turbulence technology, effectively destroy the laminar boundary of flue gas, help to strengthen convective heat transfer.

(3) Reasonable pipe layout
The specially designed pipe layout makes the unit smaller volume. The channel is smooth, low operating noise of the unit and low resistance when high-temperature flue gas enters the secondary flue pipe from the rear spherical back.

(4) Multiple accessory options
The entire boiler is offered from the factory, multiple control system modes available for selection. The advanced control technology ensures safely operation.

(5) Multipurpose explosion-proof door
The explosion-proof door with a beautiful appearance also can be used as ash cleaning port.

(6) Fully automatic control
Installed the fully automatic excellent performance biogas burner. The entire combustion process is automatically controlled, with features such as automatic ignition, automatic sweeping, automatic flameout protection, load regulation and automation of the shutdown process. Ensure safe operation and minimal pollutant emissions.
