Water Quality Characteristics

Electroplating wastewater mainly comes from pre-treatment for removal rust and oil, electroplating, light-emitting and water washing after passivation.

Also comes from various types of plating pieces rinsing wastewater, ground flushing wastewater, plating solution filtration and waste plating solution, floors and plates flushing waste water. Plus various "running, dripping and leaking" bath liquids and wastewater.

As well as the discharge of laboratory water and self-use water for wastewater treatment. Plating rinsing wastewater is one of the main sources of electroplating wastewater, more than 80% of the wastewater discharge in the workshop.

Most of the pollutants comes from rinsing surface liquid of the plating pieces, contains a large amount of heavy metal ions.
