High automation high mechanization integration UASB anaerobic reactor
The reactor is mainly composed of the reactor body, water distribution system, three-phase separator, output water collection system, sludge discharge system, etc.
1. Technical features:
(1) Using microbial cell immobilization technology - sludge granulation, low energy consumption and low cost.
(2) Natural good agitation formed by the uniform distribution of gas production and water input, makes the full contact between sludge and substrate.
(3) Reasonably designed three-phase separator simplifies the process, saves investment and operating costs.
(4) The volume loading rate is high, and the COD removal rate can be stabilized at about 80%.
(5) The sludge output is low, only about 1/5 of the activated sludge output.
(6) Recycling use bioenergy biogas, replace or compensate the power consumption of wastewater pollution control facilities
2. Application fields:
(1) High-concentration organic sewage, including: landfill leachate, alcohol wastewater, beer wastewater, slaughter wastewater, and breeding wastewater.
(2) High-concentration industrial wastewater, including: oil refining and processing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, chemical wastewater (poisonous and harmful) and pharmaceutical wastewater.
(3) Food processing wastewater, including: agricultural product processing wastewater, beverage processing wastewater, food processing wastewater, sugar wastewater and dairy wastewater.
