Red mud biogas digester refers to a foldable biogas digester made using new technologies and materials. It is mainly classified into biogas storage bags and biogas generation tanks (fermentation tanks). Air storage bags are generally divided into cylindrical and rectangular shapes. The red mud biogas digester is processed using composite membrane materials and high-strength industrial polyester fibers added to the membrane with the bonding process.
Due to the presence of red mud, it has excellent resistance to photothermal aging, good weather resistance, tensile strength, elongation, penetration resistance, perforation resistance, and low-temperature flexibility. Good flame retardant performance, thermal stability, heat aging resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, especially excellent waterproof, corrosion resistance, and tensile performance.
1. Excellent heat absorption.
The insulation effect of red mud biogas digesters is 5-10 degrees higher than that of ordinary biogas digesters. After absorbing more heat, biogas digesters produce more gas.
